Need to reinstall often as the app doesnt open. When it does open it only sometimes will connect with the device. Really Inconsistent to the point I have stopped taking it out on the course.
The app crashes after every club selection and you have to reload the app. Huge Hassle. Plus if you try access a previous round it crashes again.
Fantastic app, when it used to work. Around a month ago it stopped uploading/syncing rounds. Between me and my wife we use this on Android and Apple systems and both having the same trouble. A real shame because I can't find another app that is as good to use as this one when it works.
Worked OK for a few rounds. Often difficult to connect to my phone. It would connect if I uninstalled and reinstalled, which is obviously a pain. I got about 8 rounds out of it. 5 of them saved. Now it doesn't connect. Won't upload rounds. The dashboard and other features wouldn't load. I created another account. Now the app won't load up at all. I emailed customer help. That was a joke. There's an automated reply with a link to be told there is an issue uploading rounds. Waste of money and time
***Updated*** I tried. I really did. Once my love tracker stopped working I still used the app. Then the app started acting wonky. Still can't buy a Smart Caddie subscription. The devs did reach out to me and give me a month free promo code, but after that expired I still couldn't purchase a sub. It just takes you to the app installation page in the Play Store. I'm finally done though chat. Time for the uninstall. Moving to the Golfshot app I guess. Sad.
I'm persevering as Mike at Game Your Game said they would update the server and they did and my rounds appeared (after I thought I'd lost them). He also confirmed that in this case an external company had a hardware issue so they had to restart a server. They are rebuilding the entire platform and will be moving to new architecture soon and hiring new world class engineers to maintain site reliability. Well done GameGolf. I'm sticking with you. For now!
App is great! I have previously used it with their Game Golf Live product and I recently upgraded to the Game Golf Pro. The stats provided in that app have been a great help to lower my scores and to understanding what areas of my golf game I need to work on.
Device constantly disconnects from the app and only reconnects after re-installing the app, on the very rare occasions it actually stays connected for the time it takes to walk to the first tee, I press "start round" and the app crashes completely. Tried to start round several times but the app kept just crashing, had to give up as my tee time rolled around. Absolutely terrible device and app, no wonder online retailers are trying to practically give them away at reduced prices

I love my game golf GPS tracker it's a game changer for me. Using the built-in coaches dashboard I've been able to drop my handicap from a 15 down to a 6. Game golf pro help me figure out what clubs I needed to hit for the distance after testing other competitors product the fact that I'm able to change batteries the pro low-cost long-term device outweighs the competitor thanks again game golf pro you are a (game changer)
